1. Return Period
We accept return requests within 30 days from the date of delivery.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in the original packaging.
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it, including all original labels, hardware, and manuals.
- Items damaged due to improper installation or electrical overload are not eligible for return.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, contact our support team at sales@sielelectric.com with your order number and photo evidence of the item.
Once your return is authorized, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for shipping the item back to our US processing center at:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a confirmed manufacturing defect. Packages sent without prior RMA approval may experience processing delays.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled free of charge before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it must follow the standard return procedure.
