4. Warranty Disclaimer
6-Month Limited Warranty
SIEL Electric provides a 6-month limited warranty on covered electrical components starting from the date of delivery.
Remedy: Upon verification and inspection of the returned item, SIEL Electric will, at its discretion, offer a replacement unit or issue a refund/store credit
What is Covered: This warranty strictly covers manufacturing defects and internal operational failures under normal operating conditions.
What is NOT Covered: This warranty does not cover failure or damage resulting from improper installation, incorrect wiring, electrical overload, short circuits, exposure to moisture/heat beyond specified limits, unauthorized modifications, or failure to hire a licensed electrician.
